Life in California, was for the most part, pretty good. It was a beautiful state and we felt privileged to live there. But California life also came at a high price; we had so much insurance at least it felt that way on everything. I guess growing up and being an adult was not all that glamorous as it had seemed when we were younger and didn't have such responsibilities. Still, that was life. Anyway, I had a great insurance broker who was very helpful and always keeping me on the straight and narrow, calculating my equity, wealth, debts and finances and then advising me on mortgage related issues. Last week I met with him and he suggested we get a California home mortgage refinance.
