I always used to believe that people who had mortgages or people who took out second mortgages were the kind of people who were stripped of cash and needed some extra funds. A brief visit to the bank to apply for my California second mortgage disproved this fallacy I had carried around. In front of me in the queue for the mortgage bank teller was Jeremy Jacobs - the one and only. The famous rock star was in the same bank as me and from what I could tell he was also applying for a second mortgage on his super-stunning villa in California.
