The California Mortgage Dream

Gary and Alyssa had a beautiful house warming party in their warm, adorable new house by the beach. They were so thrilled to have their own California mortgage and to be proud home-owners. Alyssa had decorated the house herself, with the help of her mother, and Gary had already redesigned the kitchen and master bedroom. They knew exactly how they wanted things to look, just as they had known exactly what they wanted in their California mortgage.
