Pete, could we finance a boat using California second mortgages?

Carmella and I went down to the marina yesterday for breakfast. We had just woken from a long passionate night and were feeling sort of 'blown over'. The real world didn't look so rosy in the bright sunlight.
"Let's buy a boat and sail away, Pete," said Carmella, gazing at the boats rocking on the water.
"Sounds great, Carmella. How do we finance it?"
"What about California second mortgages? Look at that sign over there! That'll pay for a boat." She was speaking dreamily. Then it hit me. She was also making sense. California second mortgages would definitely pay for a boat. Hell, all the pensioners are doing it. I grabbed her hand. "Let's go, Carmella!"
"Where to, Pete?"
"The bank! To ask about California second mortgages! They'll know!"

So we named her California second mortgages

"California second mortgages? Certainly, Sir. And Madam. What do you have in mind?"
I tell him and he goes into a trance. "Exactly what I'm hoping the bank will do for me when my pension comes up in a few years time. I think we can speak to California second mortgages for you, Sir."
She is about sixty feet long, sleeps four, has 2 humongous engines, a tall aluminum mast and sails like a dream. Her name, "California Second Mortgages" is painted on the bows and stern in lilac!
