Sharp Rise in California Bad Credit Mortgage Holders
Surrey Surveys, under the auspices of the National Bank, has once again performed a survey about mortgage trends and housing purchases. The section of the survey which dealt with mortgage repayments, once again focused on California. The survey interviewed over 10,000 people from all sectors of the economy and population. The results of the survey were quite astounding - it was indicated that over 31% of California residents are holders of a California bad credit mortgage, which is an increase of about 8% since last year.
California Bad Credit Mortgage - Not Always By Choice
The California bad credit mortgage holders who were interviewed explained that it is not always by choice that they become holders of a California bad credit mortgage. Some people became unemployed, some got divorced and some seem to simply suffer from bad financial management habits. Many say that they would love to get rid of their California bad credit mortgage but simply do not know where to begin and how to find out about better loan repayments and interest rate options. The organizers of the survey promised to offer assistance to those who wish to truly get rid of their California bad credit mortgage.
